The separate room

Though some men may be unaccustomed to spending time with a woman who doesn’t share their bed, there are plenty of good reasons for keeping separate bedrooms. A study from Indiana University found that over 70 percent of married couples sleep in separate beds, and multiple studies have shown sex is better when you don’t share a bed. A lot of times, we hit our sexual peak right around age 26 and sex becomes less frequent over time as we get more stressed and distracted. Sex isn’t as satisfying if it’s quick or you fall asleep before finishing it. If your partner has a different sleep schedule than you do, then making love at night is less appealing.
